Every year extreme heat emergencies cause the death of hundreds of elderly and vulnerable people.

Unfortunately, because of global warming, the problem is only getting worse. The Climate Brigade was created by a group of volunteers to help those who are most at risk by installing free air conditioners.

By creating a cool space in their homes, we can help reduce discomfort, emergency room visits and, ultimately, untimely deaths.
